The Annual Business Meeting will be held Thursday, March 24th at the Outing Club. Cocktail Hour begins as 6 pm, dinner at 7 pm, and the meeting to follow directly after that. Cost for the dinner is $45.00 please submit your payment for dinner prior to March 10th. If you cannot submit payment by that date please contact Paul Lemen at 563-529-9972 to make a reservation. An accurate count for meals is important so as to avoid overpayment by the club for unneeded meals.
We have been informed that Luke Besse, Bob Bloomer, Dale Goodmundson, Doug Johnson, Paul Jones, Dave Wayne and Will Sandman are running for the board. There are currently three board positions needing to be filled. Absentt ballots can be downloaded, filled out and mailed to the LPYC PO box to be counted as a actual ballot. They cannot be hand delivered by another member at the meeting.
If your membership dues are received by March 1st, your card will be available for pick up at the Annual Meeting. If paid after that date, cards will be available for pick up at the club.
The annual LPYC Summer Calendar planning party will be February 27th at the club at noon, members are welcome to come add input suggestions and ideas for our summer season. Due to the club being closed it will be BYOB, pizza will be provided.
